Our Investment Management Service provides a cost-effective advisory solution for clients with between £50,000 and £100,000 to invest. The Service is provided to both individuals and trustees requiring either advice about a new investment or an appraisal of existing investments. Upon initial consultation we will provide detailed recommendations for either a new portfolio or changes to an existing portfolio that we feel will best achieve your financial goals.
Advice is limited to investment matters and does not constitute a full financial review. Advice on other financial planning areas such as pensions and inheritance tax planning is available on request and subject to a separate charge. To ensure that portfolios achieve an acceptable level of investment diversification we will recommend use of collective investments, such as unit trusts, OEICs, investment bonds and pension funds. Where appropriate we will recommend the use of available ISA allowances.
It is important that investments are periodically reviewed. It is also important to reassess the circumstances and objectives of investors and this is why we provide an ongoing service.
Both the review and assessment will be conducted annually by telephone and/or correspondence, at which time you will also be provided with a valuation of your investments. We will provide a recommendation for changes to your portfolio to reflect the current market outlook together with your objectives, circumstances and attitude to risk. Tax efficiency will be considered as part of this review. We will also be happy to deal with any queries you may have between reviews.
Our default position is one of conservatism. We believe there is no point in taking risk that is not required to achieve a financial goal.
We consider all opportunities, analysing risks and potential returns using our extensive experience and we ensure you are kept informed every step of the way.
