I was appointed Managing Director of PMW in October 1996, at the tender age of 29. Running a business can be challenging and I feel I have learnt a lot since the days when my enthusiasm exceeded my experience. There is no doubt in my mind that the key to success is having a great team of people delivering an honest and sound proposition; I believe this helps to explain why most of our current clients have been with us for over 20 years. Taking the long term view is important in lots of respects and I am proud that despite the significant turbulence in financial markets that has been experienced, I have steered the company to profit over the last 14 consecutive years. As well as running the business I still act as Chartered Financial Planner for many of PMW's Wealth Management clients. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and when time permits, indulge my passion for rugby and sailing.

I am a Chartered Accountant and joined PMW in 2012. I oversee the company’s financial management and day to day operations including HR & IT. I also oversee workflow management to ensure that PMW is able to maintain high quality standards and meet its contractual commitments to clients in the most efficient way. This involves developing robust processes and encouraging commitment to effective internal communication at all levels.

I joined the Board of PMW in February 2012, having worked with Simon Lewis since 2001 through his participation in a Chief Executives forum. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant and working as a management consultant on turnarounds, I built up a broad industrial background that includes senior and Chief Executive positions in a range of business sectors. I am a Fellow of the Institute of Consulting, a qualified Senior Executive Coach and I was a founding director of LeaderShape Limited; where I spent many years coaching and mentoring Chief Executives and their top teams. I have also been a non-executive director of various companies for over 30 years. When I can, I enjoy golf, keeping fit, creative arts and spending time with family and travelling.

I have worked in financial services for over 15 years and I have gained experience working in both small and large companies. I joined PMW as a Chartered Financial Planner in August 2013, specialising in wealth management, with a specific interest in retirement and inheritance tax planning. Most of my work is associated with the delivery of PMW’s Wealth Management Service, whilst also providing advice to clients at the point of entry to PMW’s Investment Management Service. I am individually authorised by the FCA to provide financial advice and I am a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society. Outside of work, I am a keen sportsman and regularly play golf and badminton.

Currently working towards Fellowship of the Personal Finance Society, my areas of expertise cover long-term care, pensions, investment, tax and trust planning. I enjoy establishing and developing new relationships and pride myself on providing holistic financial advice. My career in financial planning began in 1991 and throughout that time I have worked in organisations that have specialised in providing independent financial advice to private clients. In 2010 I achieved the Diploma in Financial Planning and in March 2011 I joined PMW as a Financial Planner. I am individually authorised by the FCA to provide financial advice and I use my expertise either to support a Chartered Financial Planner as an Account Manager for Wealth Management Service clients or to carry out the advisory role in conjunction with an Account Manager. Away from the office, I enjoy travelling, running, Pilates and participating in a book club.

I have spent my whole financial planning career with PMW and have undertaken a wide range of roles and responsibilities since joining in 1999. I obtained the Diploma in Financial Planning in 2008 and I am individually authorised by the FCA and I am also an accredited Later Life Adviser and member of the Society of Later Life Advisers (SOLLA). I also hold the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners Certificate in Estate and Trust Planning. My current role as a Financial Planner involves advising clients as their adviser or supporting other advisers as account manager to their clients. I enjoy providing help and putting together financial planning strategies for all my clients and especially for those who are faced with the need to plan for their own, or a loved one’s, long term care. Outside of work, I enjoy my time with my family and friends, travelling and watching cricket.

I joined PMW as a Financial Planner in June 2009 and my current role is to support the Chartered Financial Planners and Chartered Wealth Managers as an Account Manager for clients of our Wealth Management Service. I am also individually authorised by the FCA to provide financial advice. I enjoy helping to develop holistic financial planning solutions for clients and I have retained my interest in the technical aspects of pensions. Away from the office, I enjoy spending as much time as possible with my two young children, as well as travelling and reading.

My career at PMW started in 2010 when I spent a few months interning soon after my graduation. Following completion of my internship, I was offered a permanent position to train as a Financial Planner. Initially my role involved special projects, investment research and of course intensive training on the Company’s processes and procedures, which involved ‘shadowing’ both Account Managers and Advisers. Following completion of my exams, I became a Financial Planner for clients of PMW’s Wealth Management Service. The most rewarding part of my role is working with clients to structure portfolios that deliver on their objectives. Away from the office, I enjoy playing badminton and socialising.

I joined PMW as Trainee Account Manager in November 2015. Following completion of my training I was delighted to become an Account Manager for clients of PMW’s Wealth Management Service. I have recently begun working towards a Certificate in Financial Services and following completion of this I hope to continue my studies with PMW. The position has provided me with the opportunity to gain valuable financial services experience in a friendly and supportive environment. Outside the office I am actively involved in a number of sporting activities, including squash and skiing. I am also a qualified sailing instructor.

I joined PMW as an Account Manager in October 2016 having worked for a firm of local independent financial advisers for the previous two years. As part of my development I have begun working towards a diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, which I look forward to completing with the support of PMW. My role as Account Manager requires me to assist the Financial Advisers in the delivery of our Wealth Management and Investment Management Services and I am passionate about ensuring our clients are well cared for and well informed. I joined PMW in February 2008 having previously worked in Canary Wharf for a US investment bank. As an Account Manager my role is to ensure the smooth delivery of PMW’s Wealth Management Service to the clients allocated to me and this involves dealing with the day to day client contact, attending client review meetings, rebalancing client portfolios to bring them into line with the PMW House View and working with the allocated adviser to carry out research and draft reports to communicate our advice. I enjoy the extensive client contact that my role entails and I take pride in being as efficient as possible. When I am not at work, I enjoy spending as much time as possible with my family.

I am a Chartered Accountant with 17 years experience working in Big 4 accountancy firms. I started my career as a trainee in Birmingham, and also spent two years working in Australia. Through this experience I gained insight into how different companies operate and the myriad of opportunities and challenges that they face. After a short career break, during which I honed my time management and diplomatic skills spending time with my young sons before they started school, I joined PMW in September 2015. My role is to support Kellianne in the production of accurate and timely financial information, and on other finance related projects. While I enjoy the technical and intellectual challenges of accountancy, I am also fascinated by how businesses operate and I thrive on seeking improvements to business processes. My role at PMW is to manage all aspects of the company’s marketing strategy, ensuring quality and consistency across all channels. My role at PMW is to provide a welcoming first point of contact for our clients, arrange a variety of key meetings and provide clients with relevant documentation for their visits. As Personal Assistant to the CEO, my role is varied, fast paced and naturally high pressured. I act as Simon’s primary support, which includes the smooth running of his diary, coordination of his client commitments and ensuring that he has everything he needs to successfully lead PMW. In addition to my 6 years’ assisting CEO’s and other Board Members, I have a wealth of event management experience; having worked for industry leaders such as Samsung Electronics (UK) and Keith Prowse Hospitality, part of Compass Group Ltd. On a personal level, I have a passion for travel, spectating all sports (in particular cricket), fine dining and keeping fit.

I have been working in financial services for over 15 years, during which time I have acquired considerable administrative experience. I joined PMW as Investment Administrator in October 2012 and my role is to provide support to the Account Managers and Advisers, allowing them to focus on providing advice to clients. This support includes preparing client review packs, processing investment transactions and ensuring completion of administrative tasks essential to the smooth running of client accounts. I am also responsible for maintaining the spreadsheet based tools that we use internally to rebalance client portfolios and any ad-hoc tasks associated with general administration. I am currently studying for the Diploma in Financial Planning with the aim of increasing my knowledge of the key principles associated with financial advice. Outside of work I enjoy watching sports and movies, as well as listening to music and reading.

I joined PMW as Portfolio Administrator in November 2011. I have worked in financial services for 25 years and in my current role, arrange investment transactions for clients including new investments and switches. In all this extends to around 20,000 transactions every year, each of which must be carried out within strict internal timescales and thoroughly documented. I also liaise with the fund platform providers to ensure we are kept to up to date with new developments in their systems and practises. I chair the monthly Account Managers’ Meeting, a forum that enables the team to share information and discuss how our working practises should evolve and improve. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, and participating in outdoor activities with our children and dog.

I started my career as a graduate at a Japanese hedge fund in London, followed by an account manager role at an investment bank where I gained accounting, operational and client reporting experience. After a short career break, to look after my two young sons, I joined PMW in January 2016. My role at PMW is to assist the Finance Manager in the production of accurate and timely financial information. In my spare time I like to take part in sports and spend time with my family.
